The Grounds Committee have given permission for the purchase of a Rotary Hoe attachment for our Weed-eater multi-tool. It has been used this week in some of the firmer bunkers and has done a great job in loosening up the sand so we can provide a more uniform playing surface. We will do this work as often as possible to make the bunkers more playable.
The Tees have been fertilized this week. The Greens are also due to be fertilized in the next few weeks with another application of a long term application.
The Fairways are holding on well. They will be fertilized with a recovery fertilizer in late February to enhance the Seed Application in mid to late March.
The large Gum tree next to the Clubhouse has been pruned after suffering storm damage after the recent high winds.
