5th February 2016

5 February, 2016 By Brendon O'Hara

This week the Greens, Surrounds and Fairways have all been fertilised with a slow release fertiliser to see them through to the end of the growth season. The fertiliser on the Fairways is to promote grass recovery in the Autumn months.

The worst of the thick grass between the 1st Fairway and the Airport has been sprayed to thin it out. This will take a few weeks to take effect but should make it easier to find balls.

I hope to needle tine the greens next week depending on how the weather influences our other jobs. They will also be sanded in the near future to prepare them for the upcoming Womens Classic Tournament
