8th July 2016

8 July, 2016 By Brendon O'Hara

The Greens have been needle tine verti-drained this week. The extensions are coming along well in places and not so well in others. I will attempt to improve the surface where possible otherwise small alterations may be required.

There is a long groove in the 12th Green. This was caused by a unit on the roller machine becoming jammed. This will be repaired but will take time to return to normal.

The 7th Tee has also had damage. This was caused by a blown hydraulic hose. Full damage won’t be evident for a few weeks yet. Once we know the extent of damage, a suitable solution will be formulated.

The Greens are due a sanding and fertilizer. This will hopefully be done next week.
