17th February 2017

17 February, 2017 By Brendon O'Hara

We have achieved a lot of work over the past 2 weeks above the normal maintenance of the Course. The Greens have been fertilized, had a wetting agent applied, been verti-cut and sprayed with a herbicide.

The Practice Chipping Green has been re-turfed where the irrigation system had a blow out a while ago.

The Fairway sprinklers and bunkers have all been tidied around with the Tees sprinklers and Markers on the list to be completed soon.

The Greens are also due to be needle tine verti-drained and sanded as soon as possible.

The bunker rotary hoe is working well. All bunker sand  will be re-shaped as required in the near future now that it appears the wind has stopped for a while.
