Due to the wet weekend the greens didn’t receive a verti- drain this week. We will more than likely do this next week now.
The greens were however verti-cut and sanded. This will be the last verti-cut this season but light sandings will occur throughout the winter.
All the sponsor signs around the Tees and Greens have been sent to the sign- writer to be updated. They will be back out on the Course in the near future.
The Greens Committee will be meeting soon to plan the winter program of work for the Greens Staff. If you have any ideas you would like to put forward, please contact a Greens Committee member so your idea can be considered in the program. We generally end up with a large list of jobs which we prioritise and work our way through in conjunction with the normal greenkeeping jobs we have.
